冬 至

Mid-Winter
　　冬至是在陽曆的十二月二十二日或二十三日﹔陰曆的日期則不太一定。

　　『做冬大過年』這句俗語正顯出中國人對冬至對傳統中國人的重視程度，冬至都是合家團圓的日子，家家戶戶都會圍在一起吃晚飯，湯丸是冬至不可或缺的食品；同時亦會冬至當天拜祭祖先。
